AmpLive’s In Rainbows Remix Gets the OK

Earlier this week I read on boingboing that Bay Area producer AmpLive had a remix album of Radiohead’s In Rainbows that recently became available. The story is that AmpLive made the album without Radiohead’s consent and was issued a cease and desist order on December 18.  As of Wednesday all parties involved agreed that AmpLive could distribute the 8-track collection for free download.  I just got around to listening to it this morning and I must say that I regret the extra two days I lived without this gem.  Includes tracks with verses from excellent Cali rappers Too $hort, MC Zumbi of Zion I, Chali2na of Jurassic 5, and Del the Funky Homo Sapien.
